Your BMC model must describe the Customer and group them into segments with shared needs, behaviour, or other attributes. Example of questions when defining customers: are they reached through different Distribution Channels? Do they require disparate types of relationships? Do they represent substantially wide-ranging profitability?

Begin by describing the value you want to offer your customer. You can do that by outlining the problem or needs and how would your business idea resolve it. Spend sufficient time doing it right, and it will make your job substantial simpler when working on the next steps.
